Ensuring neatness and orderliness within and around the store and office
Take task and deliver messages for personnel
Prepare water, coffee or get water/food and other items for staff
Help organize office activities
Walk, push trucks and use public conveyance in order to reach destinations to deliver messages or materials
Load vehicles with listed goods, ensuring goods are loaded correctly and taking precautions with hazardous goods
Unload and sort items collected along delivery routes
Receive messages or materials, items to be delivered and information on recipients , delivery instructions must be communicated via telephone or in person
Record information such as items received and recipient’s responses to messages
Plan and follow most efficient routes for delivery
Perform routine maintenance on delivery vehicles such as monitoring fluids level, replenishing fuel etc.
Perform general office or clerical work such as running errands
Unload good from large trucks and load them unto a smaller delivery vehicle
Load and deliver items or goods from support to shop and vice versa and deliver accordingly
Ensure that stickers are placed on all drinks before supplying the drinks to shops.
Checking supplies from time to time
Checking possible damaged or scratches to supplied goods.
Pick up empty crates from shop at any point in time that the need arises most especially during delivery periods
Ensure availability during supply days
Carry out other duties as instructed by your supervisor, Shop Manager and Managing Director
