    Head, Business Development & Sales – ARM MFB

    Job Summary

    • The Head of Business Development and Sales is responsible for driving customer acquisition, relationship management, product sales, and revenue growth across key market segments. The role entails building and sustaining strong relationships with retail, SME, and corporate customers, as well as strategic partners, by delivering tailored banking solutions that meet diverse financial needs.
    • The position holder will lead the design and execution of business development strategies, ensure the achievement of business and revenue targets, and deepen market penetration.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Build and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Board, regulators, management, customers, partners, and the local community, to ensure alignment with the bank’s objectives and foster long-term support. Sales Leadership & Deposit Mobilization
    • Lead and inspire the sales workforce to achieve and surpass targets across customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, product sales, and revenue generation.

    • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across retail, SME, and corporate segments to grow the bank’s portfolio.
    • Drive credit portfolio growth through targeted customer acquisition, effective risk management, and cross-selling of credit solutions.
    • Acquire and manage strategic accounts by building high-value relationships with corporate clients and partners.

    • Provide strategic oversight of credit origination, appraisal, and approval processes to ensure high-quality credit decisions aligned with the bank’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements

    • A backend software developer will be responsible for integrating the frontend elements with in-house and 3rd party APIs and applications. A good understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies (Full Stack) is necessary as the holder may be required to work on some frontend related projects. The role also requires the ability to communicate technical complexities to both technical stakeholders and non-technical stake holders in such a way that would make perfect sense to the listener
