• We are looking for a highly organized and confident Floor Manager to lead and coordinate daily service operations within our hospitality venue.
• The Floor Manager serves as the operational leader of the service floor, ensuring seamless guest flow, efficient waiter coordination, excellent guest experience, and strict billing integrity.
• This role requires someone who can maintain order during high-pressure service hours, drive team performance, and protect revenue through strong operational control.

Key Responsibilities

Floor & Seating Control

• Manage guest seating flow according to venue policy and operational standards.
• Ensure proper table conditioning before guest seating.
• Prevent section overload or underutilization of prime tables.
• Maintain balanced floor occupancy and efficient seating rotation.
• Supervise allocation of VIP and premium sections to avoid mismanagement.

Team Coordination & Waiter Efficiency

• Assign waiter sections based on real-time traffic levels.
• Maintain an average coverage of 4–6 tables per waiter to ensure service quality.
• Monitor floor activity and dynamically redistribute tables during peak periods.
• Ensure every table has a clearly assigned service attendant at all times.

Guest Experience & Issue Resolution

• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Address service delays or billing concerns with tact and efficiency.
• Escalate complex issues to senior management when required.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere throughout service.

Table Turnover Management

• Monitor table occupancy time and service flow.
• Coordinate with waiters on timely bill presentation.
• Encourage healthy table turnover without compromising guest comfort.
• Ensure no table is abandoned or left without proper billing closure.

Service Standards Oversight

• Conduct pre-opening readiness inspections before service begins.
• Ensure operational readiness across:
• Music and sound systems
• TV screens and entertainment systems
• Lighting ambiance
• Air conditioning
• Clean restroom facilities
• General venue cleanliness and utilities.

Sales & Revenue Leadership

• Lead daily staff briefings and communicate Upsell Items of the Day.
• Encourage waiters to promote featured meals or drink combinations.
• Monitor upsell performance across the team.
• Ensure no sales opportunities are missed during service.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in hospitality, lounge, restaurant, or nightlife operations
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Strong understanding of service operations and guest management
• High level of accountability and attention to detail
