Fleet / Logistics Officer at Geoaudits

Job Summary

• We are seeking a responsible and experienced Fleet / Logistics Officer to manage truck operations and coordinate drivers for efficient and safe delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate truck drivers and daily fleet operations.
• Plan routes and schedule truck movements to meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor driver attendance, conduct, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure trucks are roadworthy, properly licensed, insured, and maintained.
• Track fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle running costs.
• Monitor GPS tracking systems and driver performance.
• Enforce safety standards and compliance with road regulations.
• Prepare daily and monthly fleet/logistics reports.
• Handle breakdowns, incidents, and accident reports.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in fleet or logistics operations (truck-focused).
• Proven experience supervising truck drivers.
• Good knowledge of Lagos road networks.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Computer literacy (Excel and basic fleet systems).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Candidates must reside in or around Amuwo-Odofin / Apapa / Mile 2 axis.
