    Finance Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing treasury operations, executing trades, and conducting market research across commodity and financial markets. 
    • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance or capital markets, hands-on experience in trade execution, and be comfortable with financial modeling and analysis. A CFA or CFI certification is highly desirable. 
    • This role supports the finance and trading teams in driving accurate reporting, market intelligence, and effective financial planning.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily finance operations including budgeting, reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting.
    • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and cash flow statements.
    • Execute trades on broker platforms in line with approved strategies.
    • Maintain and reconcile trade records; ensure proper settlement with brokers and clearinghouses.
    • Conduct technical and fundamental market analysis using tools like Bloomberg and Refinitiv.
    • Monitor global economic indicators and geopolitical developments affecting commodity pricing.
    • Develop and maintain financial models and performance dashboards.
    • Support hedging and risk management strategies using futures or forward contracts.
    • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (brokers, banks, vendors) for smooth operations.
    • Assist in audits, documentation, and strategic financial planning.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial analysis, trade execution, or commodity market research.
    • CFA or CFI certification is highly desirable.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
    • Experience using Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar financial data platforms.
    • Familiarity with ERP or accounting software is an advantage.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

    Business Analyst

    Job Summary

    • They are seeking a Business Analyst to work closely with the Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving critical projects, enabling strategic initiatives across the company, managing relationships, and providing comprehensive executive support. 
    • This role requires a proactive, organized professional with excellent analytical and communication skills. 
    • The ideal role holder is highly motivated and willing to commit to the company’s success.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and execute projects assigned by the Managing Director, covering operational or organizational matters concerning the company and stakeholders.
    • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare presentations that assist with the Managing Director’s engagements.
    • Contribute to company-wide initiatives, including supporting strategy formulation, identifying growth opportunities, and tracking progress and resources to advance the firm’s objectives.
    • Schedule and coordinate management-level meetings, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless execution as well as optimize time use.
    • Prepare and deliver reports to the Managing Director and relevant stakeholders, showing key metrics and KPIs across the farm to support data-driven decision-making.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
    • 3 – 5 years of experience, preferably in project management, consulting, or strategy roles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
