    Facility Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and implement strategies to ensure efficient management of assets and overall facility performance.
    • Manage, maintain, and support the reliability of systems, equipment, properties, and assets in the facility.
    • Oversee all contracts and contractors’ functions, providing support for the facility’s budget and financial planning.
    • Maintain and operate the facility by effectively managing resources including budget, staff, contractors, consultants, and finances.
    • Perform both short-term and long-term planning for property management and development.
    • Supervise the development and monitoring of the facility maintenance program.
    • Direct all activities relating to contracted facility services, including but not limited to technical reviews, materials, equipment, and product requisitions.
    • Assist and guide contractors in completing tenders and manage assigned projects efficiently.
    • Conduct detailed analyses and feasibility studies of alternatives to ensure projects are completed within scope, time, and budget.
    • Research and identify potential areas for facility development in line with established objectives.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 years work experience

    Executive Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Provides executive and administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
    • Handles basic accounting functions such as expense reports, petty cash reconciliation, bookkeeping, and budget tracking.
    • Acts as a communication link between the Executive Director, management team, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow.
    • Manages confidential and sensitive matters with discretion while ensuring timely follow-up on key issues and priorities.
    • Coordinates special projects, monitors deliverables, and supports organizational initiatives for effective operations.
    • Safeguards company information and ensures the Executive Director’s commitments are met efficiently and professionally.

    Key competencies requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 4 years work experience.
    • Ability to work the time necessary to support the Executive Director’s demanding schedule and complete projects and/or meet deadlines
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple completing tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data and information. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, administrative staff, customers, and external partners.
    • Achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced highly dynamic environment.
    • Pro-active approach to problem-solving with strong decision making skills.
    • Forward thinking, problem solves, and proposes solutions.
    • High resourceful with the ability to be effective independently and with little direction.
    • High level of ethnics, integrity and reliability.
    • Have a can-do attitude.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
