Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual for a position as a Driver.
• Our ideal candidate should have prior experience driving a school bus or other passenger service buses, a valid commercial driver's license, and the patience and calm demeanor required when transporting a bus full of school children.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting students to and from school, on field trips, and other activities using designated routes and schedules.
• Conducting daily safety and operational checks on the assigned vehicle to ensure it is in good working order.
• Learning and following designated routes and schedules, and planning necessary stops for field trips.
• Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as district policies governing student transportation.
• Maintaining order and enforcing discipline among student passengers.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE
• Must have a valid Driver's license
• Must have excellent driving skills
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to meet schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Teach proper pronunciation, intonation, and articulation to pupils across different age groups.
• Develop and deliver engaging diction lessons using creative and interactive teaching methods.
• Integrate diction training into daily school activities and other subject areas.
• Help pupils build confidence in reading aloud, speaking, and public presentation.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupils’ progress in spoken English and diction.
• Collaborate with teachers to support pupils’ language development in line with Montessori/EYFS standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of NCE qualification, B.Ed. Degree or any relevant qualification in English, Linguistics, Education or a related field.
• Proven experience as a diction/phonics instructor in a reputable school.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clear and fluent spoken English.
• Familiarity with Montessori and EYFS methods is an added advantage.
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage children creatively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience in Creative Arts.
• Ability to use a variety of teaching methods and art mediums.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Passion for arts and fostering creativity in children.
