What You'll Own
- Group-wide technology roadmap and digital transformation agenda
- Enterprise systems — ERP, CRM, property management platforms, and cloud infrastructure
- Data strategy, analytics, and business intelligence across all subsidiaries
- Customer-facing digital products — web platforms, mobile apps, and investor portals
- Smart building technologies — IoT, energy systems, and automation
- Cybersecurity frameworks, data governance, and business continuity
- A high-performing tech team and technology vendor ecosystem
What We're Looking For
- 12–18 years of progressive technology leadership experience
- Proven track record as CTO, Head of IT, or Senior Technology Executive
- Strong background in enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation
- Experience in PropTech, financial systems, or asset-heavy industries is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and data protection compliance
- MBA or Master's degree is an advantage
