Responsibilities

• Organically identify, build, and nurture relationships within the social channel community.
• Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement.
• Help convert our brand fans into loyal customers with engaging, responsive, responsible, surprising, and captivating social media interactions.
• Monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments.
• Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent.
• Marketing & Website content creation and email marketing.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in relevant fields.

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the IT Support Intern are:

• Maintain the computer networks of all types of organisations, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly
• Monitor and maintain the company computer systems, install, and configure hardware and software, and solve technical issues as they arise.
• Resolving IT support requests from employees
• Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
• Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
• Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
• Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
• Updating employees on the status of their service requests
• Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Computer Science or related course
• Knowledgeable about the use and maintenance of computers
• Good communication and people relations skills.
• Brilliant negotiation skills.

• Computer literacy, especially with regard to modern scientific user interfaces, document and presentation preparation and report writing
• An understanding of business management systems, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and knowledge of a CRM tool is an asset
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Extensive travel within and outside Lagos is an essential part of the job.
