    Account/Finance Officer

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated account/finance officer to manage our financial records, transactions, and reporting. This role ensures accurate financial management and compliance with company policies and regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation
    • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
    • Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
    • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
    • Track expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets
    • Prepare financial statements and management reports
    • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (only First Class and Second Class Upper (2:1) graduates will be considered)
    • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is an advantage
    • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
    • Strong knowledge of financial principles, tax laws, and regulations
    • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
    • High level of integrity and attention to detail
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
