    Customer Care Service Executive

    Shop Operations (Customer Care Service Executive)

    Our client in the ICT sector with operations across the nation seeks to employ qualified candidate for the position of Customer Care Service Executive 

    Locations: Lagos and Abuja

    •  First line interaction with customers
    • Ensure customer queries / requests/ concerns are attended, documented and reported to management
    • Follow-up with relevant department should in case there is any delay, escalate at deviations
    • Connect with customers and maintain cordial relations in the interest of the business
    • Responsible for Stock and Cash Management at the shop
    • Responsible for shop maintenance, and allied activities to ensure Service Standards are not compromised
    • Ensure efficient operations at shop by coordinating remedies of issues affecting operations
    • Ensure Customer Service attitude is exemplified by actions and initiatives
    • Motivate contribution from colleagues to ensure Customer Delight
    • Adopt standards for business activities/processes and ensure adherence
    • Ensure Daily Operational Reports are prepared and submitted in time
    • Share improvisations with management which can be replicated at all locations/ processes

    Essential Attributes: Customer Focused, Result oriented, Zeal for Initiative with Speed, Leadership quality and team Handling capacity, Energetic and Assertive, Customer query resolving skills, Excel Knowledge is a MUST

    Desired Attributes: Relevant Industry Experience, Been on the front end handling customers and team. Should have Planning and organizing skills proven achiever, Should have sharp business acumen

    Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate

    Desired Experience 2 to 5 years in a similar profile


    • Experience in Customer Service
    • Experience in Cash and Stock management

    Shop Sales Executive

    Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

    • Greet customers
    • Find out the customer's needs
    • Recommend, select and help locate the right merchandise
    • Describe a product's features and benefits
    • Demonstrate use and operation of the product
    • Answer customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise
    • Make suggestions and encourage purchase of products
    • Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options
    • Provide information about financing available
    • Receive and process cash, check and charge/credit payments
    • Provide change and receipts
    • Bag or package purchases
    • Gift wrap merchandise
    • Count money, sort charge slips and balance monies
    • Maintain sales records
    • Place special orders
    • Organize and process merchandise exchanges
    • Process repair or alteration of merchandise
    • Stay current with sales prices
    • Recognize and monitor security issues
    • Arrange and display merchandise
    • Keep merchandise area tidy
    • Take stock inventory
    • Requisition new stock Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
    • Knowledge of sales principles
    • Relevant product knowledge and training
    • Experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment
    • Basic business administration knowledge

    • Minimum of SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience.
