    Senior Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
    • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize service delivery and brand visibility.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualification with 3 - 5 Years experience
