    Creative Executive (Graphic, Video, and UI / UX)

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Creative Executivewho can jump effortlessly between graphic design, video storytelling and UI/UX craftto produce thumb-stopping visuals and friction-free digital experiences.
    • You will own projects end-to-end from brief to final asset, working solo or leading a small Team. Your portfolio should prove you can make brands look world-class on every screen, surface and social feed.

    Requirements

    Marketing and Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting the company’s products and services, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.
    • The role requires a proactive individual who can execute marketing campaigns, meet sales targets, and represent the company professionally in the market.

    Key Responsibilities
    Marketing Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services
    • Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns (social media, email, events, activations, etc.)
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors
    • Create and manage marketing content, promotional materials, and presentations
    • Track, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance and ROI
    • Support brand visibility and positioning across all channels

    Sales Responsibilities:

    • Identify, generate, and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and networking
    • Present and sell company products/services to prospective clients
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in line with company targets
    • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
    • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data

    Educational Qualifications

    Experience Requirements

    • Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development
    • Experience in a service-based, tech, training, logistics, or FMCG environment is an advantage
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

    Account / Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Account/Admin Officer will be responsible for handling the company’s day-to-day accounting functions while providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
    • The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills in managing financial records, payments, and administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities
    Accounting Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate financial records and accounting books
    • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
    • Handle daily cash, bank transactions, and reconciliations
    • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Prepare basic financial reports (income, expenses, cash flow)
    • Support payroll preparation and staff expense reimbursements
    • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
    • Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities
    • Support statutory compliance (tax, pension, PAYE, etc.)

    Administrative Responsibilities:

    • Manage office documentation, records, and correspondence
    • Provide general administrative support to management and staff

    • Assist with staff onboarding documentation and record keeping
    • Handle internal and external communications professionally

    • Professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA – in view or completed) are an added advantage

    Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in an accounting or administrative role
    • Experience working in an SME, training institute, or service-based organization is an advantage
    • Practical experience with bookkeeping and basic financial reporting

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and financial integrity
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software
