    Content and Community Executive

    Key Responsibilities
    Content Creation & Management:

    • Develop and create engaging content (videos, reels, photos, captions, blogs, and product stories) for all digital platforms.
    • Manage the brand’s content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other channels.
    • Write compelling product descriptions, campaign messages, and marketing content.
    • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual and written content.
    • Ensure brand tone, voice, and messaging are consistent across all platforms.

    Community Management:

    • Manage and grow Mara Cruiz Organics’ online community across social platforms.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Encourage engagement through polls, discussions, and interactive posts.
    • Moderate discussions and ensure positive customer interactions.
    • Build relationships with loyal customers, influencers, and brand advocates.

    Social Media Strategy:

    • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness and sales.
    • Identify trending topics and adapt content to remain relevant.
    • Launch campaigns for product promotions, product launches, and wellness education.
    • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align content with company goals.

     Customer Engagement & Brand Advocacy:

    • Act as the brand voice in online conversations.
    • Build strong relationships with customers and respond to feedback or complaints professionally.
    • Collect and share customer insights with internal teams for product improvement.
    • Encourage user-generated content such as reviews and testimonials.

    Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track performance metrics such as engagement rate, followers growth, reach, and conversions.
    • Prepare weekly or monthly reports on social media and community growth.
    • Provide recommendations to improve content performance and audience engagement.

    Performance Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist

    Responsibilities
    Paid Advertising Campaign Management:

    • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
    • Develop targeted campaigns to drive product sales, website traffic, and lead generation.
    • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and audience segments to optimize performance.
    • Manage daily campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.

    Performance Optimization:

    • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
    • Optimize campaigns to improve results and reduce customer acquisition cost.
    • Identify underperforming ads and implement improvement strategies.
    • Scale high-performing campaigns to increase sales and brand visibility.

    Audience Targeting & Retargeting:

    • Develop audience targeting strategies based on demographics, behavior, and interests.
    • Implement retargeting campaigns to convert website visitors and abandoned carts.
    • Build and manage lookalike audiences to expand customer reach.

    Collaboration with Content & Creative Teams:

    • Work closely with the Content & Community Executive and design team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
    • Provide creative direction based on campaign performance insights.
    • Ensure all ad creatives align with Mara Cruiz Organics’ brand identity.

    Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing dashboards.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting insights and recommendations.
    • Use data insights to inform marketing strategy and budget allocation.

    Funnel & Conversion Optimization:

    • Support the development of high-converting landing pages and sales funnels.
    • Monitor customer journey from ad click to purchase.
    • Work with the sales and e-commerce team to improve conversion rates

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years experience.
