Commercial Lead / Head of Produce Sales (Farms Only) at Noreta Farms Limited

Noreta Farms is building the future of smart greenhouse farming in Nigeria—and we’re looking for a senior commercial leader to drive sales, pricing, and cashflow from farm to market.

Based in Ondo State, this role is for an experienced professional who can secure buyers ahead of harvest, protect margins, move premium tomatoes and bell peppers fast, and ensure timely collections. This is a strategic leadership role, not routine sales.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agribusiness, Agriculture, Economics, Finance or a related field is required. 
• An MBA or relevant Master's degree is a strong advantage. Professional certification in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Commercial / Strategic Management are an added plus .

Salary & Benefits 

• 12,000,000.00 (Twelve Million Naira) annual gross pay.
