    IT Compliance Analyst

    The IT Compliance Analyst supports the IT Governance and Compliance Lead by ensuring that the organization's IT systems and processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal controls. This role involves monitoring, assessing, and reporting on compliance risks and working closely with stakeholders to address any gaps in adherence to regulatory, legal, and organizational requirements.

    Responsibilities

    Compliance Monitoring and Assessment

    • Conduct regular assessments of IT systems and processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPA, ) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
    • Monitor adherence to internal IT policies, procedures, and controls.-Respond to compliance-related incidents and support issue resolution.
    • Policy and Documentation Support
    • Collaborate with the IT Governance and Compliance Lead to develop, update, and maintain IT governance policies, standards, and guidelines.
    • Assist in ensuring IT policy alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
    • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of compliance reports, assessments, and findings.

    Risk Identification and Mitigation

    • Identify IT-related risks and vulnerabilities associated with regulatory and compliance obligations.
    • Propose recommendations to mitigate compliance risks and improve governance practices.
    • Support the tracking and resolution of compliance and audit findings.

    Audits and Reporting

    • Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by gathering necessary documentation and ensuring readiness.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to the IT Governance and Compliance Lead on compliance status, key risks, and remediation efforts.
    • Support IT teams in audit activities, providing guidance to ensure successful outcomes.

    Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Work closely with IT departments, legal teams, security teams, and other business units to ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
    • Act as a liaison between IT teams and external auditors or regulatory agencies as needed.
    • Conduct compliance training and awareness initiatives in collaboration with other stakeholders.
    • Continuous Improvement
    • Monitor changes in regulatory, legal, and industry landscapes to ensure the organization remains compliant with evolving requirements.
    • Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance IT compliance efforts and reduce risks.
    • Stay informed of emerging best practices in IT compliance, controls, and governance.

    Essential Knowledge, Skills, Attributes and Experiences

    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, or a related role.
    • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001.
    • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulations such as GDPA etc.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
    • Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
    • Confidentiality and ethical conduct in handling sensitive data.

    Production Patroller

    Location: Obajana Plant, Obajana Plant, Nigeria

    Job Summary

    Responsible for continuous inspection of the assigned section at production processes towards ensuring that all equipment function effectively.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Implement assigned field activities and provide feedback to the CCR team.
    • Ensure all processing equipment are cleaned regularly.
    • Liaise with CCR operators and Shift Managers for smooth and uninterrupted operations, so as to reduce down time or breakdown.
    • Conduct inspection of equipment in assigned production section and document problems for immediate attention.
    • Report critical problems to CCR Operators, and/ or Shift Coordinators for immediate and prompt action.
    • Organize and participate fully in all cleaning activities in assigned sections.
    • Ensure timely execution of housekeeping activities within assigned section.
    • Liaise with the Shift Coordinator and Section Heads to ensure production targets are achieved.

    Requirements

    Education and Work Experience

    • SSCE/Trade Test or its equivalent in any discipline.
    • Three (3) years relevant work experience.

    Skills and Competencies

    • Basic knowledge of the cement production process
    • Basic knowledge of production equipment and functions.
    • Good understanding of basic material process flow line
    • Ability to pay attention to details
    • Good communication skills

    Stacker/Reclaimer Operator

    Location: Obajana Plant, Obajana Plant, Nigeria

    Job Summary

    Responsible for operating Stacker/ Reclaimer effectively to ensure timely transportation of limestone and gypsum to the Cement Mills. also responsible for ensuring efficient stacker/ reclaimer operations to enable adequate quantities of material to be crushed on the designated piles for each product (high-grade limestone, mixed grade, additives, and gypsum).

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist in implementing DCP’s approved production plan.
    • Operate Stacker/ Reclaimer effectively and in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
    • Ensure materials are supplied to the appropriate location in a timely manner.
    • Liaise with relevant personnel to ensure smooth material supply to cement mills.
    • Liaise with Stores to ensure Stacker/ Reclaimer are sufficiently fueled at all times.
    • Liaise with Maintenance to ensure that appropriate maintenance is carried out on Stacker/ Reclaimer when due.

    Requirements

    Education and Work Experience

    • SSCE/Trade Test with a minimum of three (2) years relevant experience.

    Skills and Behaviours

    • Ability to operate stacker- reclaimers effectively.
    • Good knowledge of Stacker/ Reclaimer parts and their functions.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
