    Cleaner

    Overview

    • A Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various environments, such as offices, commercial buildings, schools, or residential properties, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for occupants.

    Job Brief

    • As a Cleaner, you will be tasked with performing cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
    • Your role involves following cleaning protocols, using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

    Responsibilities

    • Clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
    • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt, dust, and debris.
    • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
    • Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required.

    Dispatch Rider

    Responsibilities

    • He must deliver high-quality products to our customers safely and courteously and timely.
    • The dispatch rider picks up items/products from vendors and delivers urgent messages on time.
    • Must observe all HSE driving-related policies to ensure the consistent safety of documents and motorcycles.
    • Report on all matters relating to assigned motorcycles to the supervisor and Admin manager.
    • Responsible for updating the Drivers’ Logbook daily with the required information.
    • Ride the company’s motorcycle to accomplish official duties
    • Must ensure that assigned motorcycle documents/ particulars are updated and valid.
    • Must ensure that the motorcycle is cleaned routinely or when the need arises.
    • Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection on the general condition of assigned motorcycles and must properly lock motorcycles when there is a need to leave them unattended.
    • Dispatch riders sign for the package on the collection and get an appropriate person to sign for it upon delivery
    • He must establish and maintain excellent relations with customers.
    • The dispatch rider needs to investigate the delivery address, plan and determine appropriate delivery routes, and maintain the schedule.
    • He must perform a vehicle inspection before and after each delivery service trip.
    • The dispatch rider should drive carefully and safely and deliver products within the estimated arrival time.
    • The dispatch rider should notify any mishaps or accidents to supervisor or Admin manager immediately.
    • He must follow regional and state driving rules and road regulations.
    • He should inform the supervisor or Admin manager about any significant repairs and maintenance of delivery vehicles.
    • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

    Requirements, Skills & Qualifications
    The following common skills and qualifications are required of a Dispatch Rider:

    • A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate
    • Proven experience as a dispatch rider or relevant position.
    • Familiarity with relevant routes.
    • Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.
    • Ability to communicate, read and write.
    • Organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Have good numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records.
    • Polite and able to get along with people.

    Kitchen Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure cleanliness of surroundings and sterilization/sanitation of kitchen prep area and food trays.
    • Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.
    • Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans, Clean floors, dishes, burners and pots.
    • Prepare for opening the next morning by cleaning and shutting down fryers and broilers.
    • Cooperate effectively with colleagues. Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas and follow property policies and procedures while overseeing personal responsibilities.
