    Head of Sales (Telecom / FCMG)

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales within the telecommunications or FMCG sector, based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading sales teams, and achieving revenue growth targets. The role involves monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and building long-term client relationships to drive business success.

    Qualifications

    • Strong Sales and Sales Management experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding business objectives
    • Expertise in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
    • Leadership and Team Management skills to motivate and guide sales teams
    • Highly developed Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and market analysis
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficiency in the telecommunications or FMCG industry is required
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field; a Master’s degree is an advantage
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment
