    Chief Operations Officer (COO)

    Job Summary

    • We areseeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to oversee the hospital’s daily administrative and operational functions.
    • The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure efficient healthcare service delivery, and support the hospital’s long-term growth and sustainability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day hospital operations across all clinical and non-clinical departments.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve service delivery.
    • Ensure efficient utilization of hospital resources.
    • Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to management teams.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 6–8 years relevant work experience, with at least 3–5 years in senior management or executive leadership, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
    • Strong knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and quality assurance standards.
    • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, operational management, and organizational leadership.
    • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex healthcare systems.
    • Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
    • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
    • Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.

    Registered Nurse (Male)

    Summary

    • We are seeking a competent and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in Warri.
    • The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support physicians, and ensure adherence to established clinical standards and hospital protocols.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide direct nursing care in line with approved clinical standards.
    • Monitor and document patient conditions and promptly escalate concerns where necessary.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control standards.
    • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    Requirements

    • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
    • 1 - 3 years relevant clinical experience.
    • Must currently reside in Delta State.
    • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
