    Chief of Staff

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • CEO’s Office Management: Coordinate all activities within the CEO’s office — scheduling, communications, documentation, and follow-up.
    • Strategic Partnership: Support the CEO in planning, decision-making, and execution of high-level initiatives.
    • Project Management: Oversee and track strategic projects from ideation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
    • Confidential Support: Handle sensitive matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
    • Personal Affairs Management: Provide trusted support in managing the CEO’s home.
    • Operational Efficiency: Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and keep the CEO’s world running smoothly.

    Experience And Qualifications

    • A strategic thinker and doer; equally comfortable in the boardroom and behind the scenes.
    • Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
    • A clear and confident communicator
    • 10+ years experience in executive support, operations, consulting, or project management roles.
    • Discreet and emotionally intelligent; able to navigate sensitive situations with grace.
    • Tech-savvy, proficient in productivity tools, calendars, CRMs, and digital workspaces.
    • Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving no matter what.
    • Extreme attention to detail and organization.

    Fund Admin Manager

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Validate Investment Management (IM) records from:
    • Investment bookings
    • Payment transactions
    • Liquidations
    • Payout figures
    • Create accurate monthly payout forecasts
    • Oversee implementation of booking and payout instructions
    • Implement investment allocation instructions
    • Validate investment returns on client dashboards and reports
    • Flag reversals and failed payouts
    • Perform client dashboard audits for congruence with offline records
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly investment management reports

    Skill Sets, and Values

    • Obsessive attention to detail.
    • High level of Math proficiency.
    • Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
    • Incredible drive and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to manage complementary stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
    • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

    Experience And Qualifications

    • A university degree in a related field or equivalent certification.
    • 10+ years of experience in fund administration, investment operations, or a related field.

    Chief Operations Officer

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Drive Strategy and Sales Execution: Turn big ideas into actionable plans and measurable sales results.
    • Lead Operations: Oversee the smooth running of day-to-day activities across multiple departments. Ensure no ball drops. Free the CEO from all administrative duties.
    • Build Systems & Processes: Create and refine policies and workflows that power the organisation.
    • Develop People & Culture: Mentor Managers, encourage collaboration, and build a culture of excellence.
    • Manage Resources & Budgets: Ensure smart allocation of funds, reduced costs and operational efficiency.

    • Executive Leadership: Progress to a CEO or Executive Director role within 5 years or less.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • A university degree with a strong foundation in secondary school math.
    • 10+ years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
    • Entrepreneurship or intrapreneurship experience: has led teams or businesses and owned sales outcomes (including budgets or P&L).
    • Proficiency in team & process optimization and workflow management.
    • Strong understanding of financial statements.
    • Advanced use of team management tools and apps.
    • Extreme attention to detail and organization. No dropped balls and no overwhelm.
