    Executive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

    Our client, a leading construction and real estate firm, is seeking to hire a highly efficient and proactive Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to support its Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing executive-level administrative support, managing schedules, handling confidential information, and ensuring the seamless operation of the office.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Managing and overseeing the MD’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Serving as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal and external stakeholders.
    • Handling confidential documents, correspondence, and reports with discretion.
    • Coordinating and preparing presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
    • Conducting research and providing strategic administrative support.

    Our client, a fashion house, is seeking to hire a competent and highly organized Factory Manager to oversee it production operations.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment manufacturing, team supervision, and quality control, with a deep understanding of fashion production workflows.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations of the garment production floor to ensure timely and high-quality output.
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, including tailors, machinists, and quality control personnel.
