Responsibilities
The successful candidates’ Job role shall be to:

• Develops and executes a strategy for discovering and securing new business opportunities either locally, regionally, or internationally
• Develops negotiation strategies by evaluating risks and potentials
• Assess potential third part clients in terms of income potential and mission fit
• Adapts new business strategies in accordance with the types of clients already secured by the company.
• Evaluates, determines and realizes quarterly business growth goals
• creates a business and development database in order to evaluate performance and organize client and prospective client information
• Fosters beneficial relationships with business partners, potential clients, and business contacts in order to attract new business and enhance the organization's reputation.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Statistics, Finance, Marketing, Project Management, Transport and Logistics and related fields
• IT Literate
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in Business Development, Marketing and Sales function in the Aviation Industry
• Excellent administration and support skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint
• Information gathering and analysis skills
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Project support/coordination skills.

Job Roles

• Communicating with clients, colleagues,management and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to identify problems or issues and ensure they are resolved
• Working with other engineers to create new products, features, and improvements to existing products based on client needs
• Maintaining software code bases according to established coding standards and best practices
• Conducting code reviews to ensure that new code is error-free and conforms to established standards
• Managing projects from start to finish, including planning, developing, testing, releasing new versions, and supporting existing versions of the software
• Evaluating emerging technologies to determine if they can be integrated into the company’s products or services
• Reporting progress on projects to management using status meetings and Designing software architectures that support the company’s goals while ensuring high performance, scalability, and security
• Working with other departments within the company to ensure that the software being developed meets their needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Computer Science or related field graduate
• IT Literate
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in Computer Science
• Experience with HTML, HTML5, CSS3, Express, Bootstrap5, JavaScript, ReactJS, Doppler, Nodejs, SQL, Microsoft and Azure services, Power BI, Python, AWS, jQuery tools, DevOps tools, NPM tools, and Git tools
• Experience in designing and building enterprise-level software.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft.NET technologies including WPF, WCF, LINQ, WF, and EF.
• Excellent administration and support skills
• Experience in people management with the ability to lead a huge team
• Experience in employee personal development at an individual and team level.
• Be able to lead and manage the timely delivery of systems or software development projects.
• Experience in various software development methodologies that include Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience in architectural and implementation-level design.
• Must have a strong desire to maintain technical capabilities and expertise in the latest technologies
• Able to build with Microsoft.NET 3.5+
• Experience in User Interface and User experience Design, Interaction design principles, Branding, typography, and colour theory.
• Experience in Wireframing and prototyping, Style guides, User research and personas, Key industry tools, including framer.
• Experience in Data Extraction, data wrangling, cleaning, Data analysis, visualization, and Reporting.
• Information gathering and analysis skills
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
