Job Description / Responsibilities

• A bottle server provides specialized customer service for patrons who order an entire bottle of wine or liquor at a nightclub, lounge, or other entertainment venues. In this role, you make suggestions to guests on drink selection, pour and mix drinks at their table, and take orders for food and additional beverages.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.

Other Requirements:

• Must be size 8 in dressy
• Must be very fluent in English and self confidence.

Role / Duties / Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, direct, coach, counsel, and evaluate staff in the bar and lounge.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff.
• Assign and instruct bar and lounge staff in details of work.
• Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification with 2 - 6 years work experience.
