Responsibilities

• Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and informa.
• Managing and improving existing and new customer relationship
• Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments.
• Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
• Systematically filling important company documents
• Assisting the HR department with job posting and interviews
• Monitoring the relationship between the customer and employess
• Hiring maintenance vendor to repair or replace damaged office equipment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. Degree with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Job Description
