    Account Officer

    Job Summary

    • Under the guidance of the Head of Accounts and Head of Internal Control, the Account Officer assists in ensuring strict adherence to the company’s records of accounts and bookkeeping practices.

    Responsibilities

    • Promote and practice the company’s Statements of Essence- (Mission statement, Vision statement and Value statement) in executing his/her functions as well as in dealing with both internal and external customers
    • Assists the Head of Accounts to ensure that the company’s accounting records are well maintained.
    • Make a routine purchase of fuel and diesel for office use and trucks.
    • Regular visits to banks for company transactions.
    • Sort out invoices, petty cash vouchers and payment vouchers.
    • Keep a thorough record of business transactions and enter data from daily work logs into the company’s ERP system
    • Supporting supervisory and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks.
    • Keep a thorough record of all company charges, as well as any refunds that have been issued – disbursement and reimbursement of funds.
    • Keep track of any customer issues that require a refund and make sure that the refunds are issued in a timely manner.
    • Assist senior accounting personnel with any tasks conducted within the accounting department, or any tasks that require accounting personnel to take part.
    • Perform any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.

    Qualifications

    • OND/HND/B.Sc in Accounting or related fields
    • Experience with financial statements and financial analysis
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Experience in finance and accounting
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Proficiency in software applications, MS Office and other soft skills
    • Professional certification is a plus
    • Close proximity to the office is an added advantage

    Sales & Marketing Executive

    Role Description

    • We are urgently searching for a Sales and Marketing Executive at Goldline Nigeria Limited at our Lekki branch in Lagos. This is an on-site job that requires the physical presence of the sales and marketing executive at all times.
    • The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and online marketing activities to promote and sell our exclusive product range.
    • Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, presenting products, negotiating sales, and providing excellent customer service.

    Qualifications

    • Degree: OND, HND, B.Sc or any relevant sales and marketing related qualification.
    • Market Planning, Market Research, Communication skills
    • Sales and Marketing experience
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Knowledge of the building and construction industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Sales experience in building and construction materials
    • Customer service orientation
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of building and construction industry trends
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Location is at Lekki: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
