Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused waiters/waitresses to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience by delivering excellent service, taking accurate orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct orders are delivered
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
• Process bills, accept payment, and return change or card receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Stay updated on menu changes, daily specials, and restaurant promotions
