• Process bills, accept payment, and return change or card receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Stay updated on menu changes, daily specials, and restaurant promotions

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients
• Ensure food is cooked properly, timely, and presented well
• Follow portion control guidelines and minimize waste
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing food supplies properly
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
• Adapt to new menu items, specials, and kitchen procedures as needed
• Follow instructions from the head chef or kitchen supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and ductwork.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC-related mechanical and electrical issues.
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal climate control.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Assist in the design and installation of new HVAC systems or system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other facilities personnel and contractors for major repairs or system installations.
• Monitor and manage energy consumption related to HVAC systems for efficiency improvements.
• Respond to emergency HVAC issues and participate in on-call rotation if required.
