    Personal Assistant

    Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling day-to-day tasks, and supporting business activities, particularly within the real estate or shortlet property space.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and appointment
    • Handle correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of the employer
    • Assist in managing shortlet properties or real estate-related operations
    • Coordinate vendors, clients, and service providers
    • Run errands and oversee day-to-day administrative tasks
    • Maintain records, documents, and reports
    • Provide general support to ensure smooth business operations.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc Deree in any Social Science related course
    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in shortlet property management or the real estate industry is highly preferred
    • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
    • Must know how to drive (valid driver’s license required)
    • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
