HVAC Maintenance Officer

- Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and ductwork.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC-related mechanical and electrical issues.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal climate control.
- Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the design and installation of new HVAC systems or system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other facilities personnel and contractors for major repairs or system installations.
- Monitor and manage energy consumption related to HVAC systems for efficiency improvements.
- Respond to emergency HVAC issues and participate in on-call rotation if required.
