Job Summary:

Our client in the hospitality industry is hiring a dedicated Waiter/Waitress for their rooftop restaurant and lounge. The role involves delivering exceptional guest service in a high-energy, upscale environment.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and seat guests, offering menus and assisting with selections.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and lounge areas.
• Support team members in ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
