We are seeking a highly motivated Travel Operations Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with their job search and application process in the travel industry.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a deep knowledge of the travel industry, and a passion for helping clients achieve their career goals.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with their job search in the travel industry by providing expert advice and guidance
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
Research job openings and employment trends in the travel industry
Review and edit resumes, cover letters, and other application materials
Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to clients to improve their interviewing skills
Help clients navigate online job search platforms and application portals
Provide regular updates and communication to clients regarding job search progress
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the travel industry
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and job applications
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
Up to 5 years of experience in travel operations, human resources, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong research and analytical skills with a deep knowledge of the travel industry
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other job search and application software
