Security Supervisor at Newchip Technologies

We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, ensure the safety of lives and property, and manage a team of security personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining order, enforcing security protocols, and responding promptly to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards on duty
• Ensure strict compliance with security policies and procedures
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of assigned areas
• Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activities
• Handle emergency situations professionally and efficiently
• Prepare daily and incident reports for management
• Train, brief, and evaluate security personnel
• Control access to premises and enforce safety regulations
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
• Proven experience as a security supervisor, senior security guard, experienced security officer
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Physically fit and alert
• Knowledge of security operations and emergency response procedures
• No criminal record

Shift-based (Day/Night)
