    Visa Expert

    Job brief:

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Expert to manage visa application processes for clients across various countries. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance, ensure compliance with immigration requirements, and deliver accurate and timely visa processing services.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Handle end-to-end visa applications for the UK, Canada, the USA, and the Schengen countries.
    • Prepare, review, and package visa applications with high precision and compliance.
    • Ensure documentation meets consular standards and complies with the latest country-specific immigration rules.
    • Submit online visa forms, biometrics bookings, fee payments, and relevant registrations.
    • Maintain updated knowledge of visa procedures and requirements for multiple countries.
    • Prepare strong, highly convincing tourist/visit visa applications with consistently high approval rates.
    • Guide clients in preparing personal documentation, financials, and travel history.
    • Conduct eligibility assessments and identify possible red flags to mitigate visa refusal risks.
    • Prepare cover letters, travel itineraries, and supporting documents to strengthen applications.
    • Handle complete school admission processes, including applications, document uploads, and follow-up with institutions.
    • Guide students on program options, entry requirements, and required academic documents.
    • Liaise with partner schools and universities for updates, offers, and CAS/I-20 processing.
    • Ensure timely submission of admission documents to avoid delays.
    • Provide professional guidance to clients on suitable visa pathways and admission routes.
    • Analyse client profiles and recommend the best immigration or study options.
    • Explain immigration policies, eligibility criteria, and documentation clearly and confidently.
    • Update internal teams on changes in immigration laws and school requirements.
    • Deliver clear, confident, and professional presentations during consultations.
    • Communicate complex visa concepts in simple, client-friendly terms.
    • Attend webinars, info sessions, and client meetings as required.
    • Use CRM tools and digital platforms to manage client files.
    • Maintain accurate and organised digital records of all applications.
    • Use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams for reports, presentations, and documentation.
    • Stay updated with tech tools that improve productivity and application tracking.
    • Ensure all applications meet the company’s high standards for accuracy, completeness, and presentation.
    • Conduct final checks on documentation before submission.
    • Protect client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all processes.

    Requirements:

    • HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
    • Must be a British Council Certified Counsellor
    • Additional certifications in immigration, global mobility, or visa processing are an added advantage.
    • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in visa processing and school admissions.
    • Strong track record in the UK, Canada, the USA, and Schengen visa applications.
    • Proven high success rate in packaging tourist/visitor visa applications.
    • Experience working in a migration consultancy is an added advantage.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Vast knowledge of visa rules, entry requirements, and immigration pathways.
    • Strong understanding of school admission systems and educational documentation.
    • Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
    • Tech-savvy with experience in digital platforms and CRM tools.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong documentation preparation skills and attention to detail.
