Experience Travel Manager / Admission Officer at Light Heights Global Services Limited

We are looking for an  experienced Travel Manager / Team Lead to oversee our Europe, UK, and Canada operations. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in the travel industry who can lead teams of travel counselors, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and purpose of travel.
• Provide expert guidance on destinations, routes, travel packages, and visa requirements.
• Travel Planning and Coordination
•  Visa Advisory and Documentation Support: Provide accurate information on visa application procedures and requirements. Assist clients in gathering, completing, and submitting supporting documents.
• Customer Service and Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service. Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-travel support.
•  Team Collaboration and Professional Conduct: Work closely with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
• Uphold the organization’s standards, ethics, and customer service principles

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Sc. or HND in relevant field
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years proven experience in the travel industry (Not as a ticketing officer)
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve set goals
• Proven experience as a travel manager 
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and industry practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
