Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) at Zael Business Management and Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations within the hospital, with focus on electrical systems.
• Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, generators, lighting, and power supply units.
• Monitor and maintain hospital equipment power systems to prevent disruptions in patient care.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and respond promptly to emergency repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital regulations.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate external service providers when necessary.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply through proper management of generators and backup systems.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years experience in facility or electrical maintenance.
• Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare facility is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, generators, and facility maintenance.
• Ability to supervise a team and manage maintenance schedules.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
