Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Travel Advisor with strong knowledge of ticketing, visa advisory, tours, and customer service to join our fast-growing travel brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle flight bookings, reissues, refunds & itinerary planning
• Provide visa advisory & travel documentation guidance
• Design tour packages and manage client travel needs
• Use GDS platforms (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service and post-travel follow-ups.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in a registered travel agency
• Strong GDS knowledge (mandatory)
• Excellent communication & sales skills
• Abuja resident only
• Ability to take initiative and work under pressure
• A good team player.
