    Customer Relationship / Front Desk Officer

    Role Summary

    • First point of contact; deliver excellent client service, manage front- desk operations and basic transactions while ensuring KYC/AML compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet clients, manage reception, calls and appointment scheduling.
    • Process basic cash and account transactions; reconcile daily.
    • Support client onboarding and verify documentation.
    • Update CRM and maintain accurate client records.
    • Refer sales opportunities to Relationship Managers; handle complaints/escalations.

    Requirements

    Direct Sales Agent

    About the role

    • Drive acquisition of loan customers within Federal Ministries, Departments & Agencies (MDAs). Sell payroll-backed and other tailored loan products to federal civil servants, build MDA relationships, secure documentation and approvals, and meet monthly sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect and generate leads within assigned MDAs through engagement with HR/Payroll officers, unions and staff forums.
    • Present AMS Finance loan products (payroll-backed, salary advance, asset finance) and advise customers on terms, eligibility and repayment via payroll deduction.
    • Complete accurate loan application packages and collect required KYC, payroll authorization and employer consent documents.
    • Secure employer/HR endorsements, facilitate payroll deduction agreements and liaise with MDA payroll/finance teams for verification.
    • Maintain CRM with all leads, applications and follow-ups; manage pipeline to achieve targets.
    • Conduct loan disbursement follow-through and ensure timely documentation/perfection of security.
    • Meet/exceed monthly/quarterly acquisition and disbursement targets while ensuring compliance with KYC/AML and internal credit rules.
    • Provide market feedback and report on competitor activity within the public sector.

    Requirements

    • Minimum secondary education; tertiary in Business / Marketing / Finance preferred.
    • 1–6 years sales experience (financial services/microfinance preferred); target- driven and resilient.
    • Strong communication, negotiation and CRM skills.

    SME & Private Sector Lending Officer

    Role Summary

    • Originate, underwrite and manage SME and private-sector loan portfolios in Abuja or Lagos.
    • Support business growth by sourcing quality lending opportunities, conducting credit analysis, structuring facilities, and ensuring portfolio performance and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source and build relationships with SMEs and private enterprises; originate lending opportunities.
    • Perform detailed credit assessments: financial analysis, cash-flow modelling, collateral valuation and industry profiling.
    • Prepare credit proposals and structuring recommendations in line with credit policy.
    • Manage end-to-end loan process: documentation, disbursement, covenant monitoring and periodic reviews.

    Requirements

    • 3–7 years of SME / corporate lending experience in a bank, finance house or similar.
    • Strong financial modelling, credit analysis and risk assessment skills; advanced Excel.
    • Commercial acumen, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
    • Knowledge of documentation standards, collateral/perfection processes and regulatory requirements.
    • Willingness to travel within assigned territory; professional integrity and client focus.

    Role Summary

    Wealth Manager / Deposit Mobilization Officer

    Role Summary

    • Drive acquisition and retention of fixed deposit and high-quality retail deposit. funds.
    • Build and manage a portfolio of clients, advise on term deposit solutions, and achieve net-new deposit targets while ensuring compliance and excellent client service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source and onboard retail and high-net-worth clients for fixed-term deposits and savings products.
    • Advise clients on deposit tenors, rates, yield optimization and rollover strategies.
    • Meet monthly / quarterly net-new deposit and client acquisition targets.
    • Manage client portfolio, deliver personalized service and conduct periodic portfolio reviews.
    • Cross-sell complementary products (savings, premium accounts, basic investment solutions).
    • Liaise with treasury, operations and compliance for timely execution and accurate documentation.
    • Maintain CRM with activities, leads and pipeline; provide market / competitor intel.

    Requirements

    • Strong relationship management, consultative selling and commercial awareness.
    • Proven track record of meeting deposit targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency with CRM and MS Office; professional discretion and ethics.
