Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on cruise options, destinations, and itineraries.
• Assist clients in booking and managing cruise reservations.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise lines, promotions, and travel trends.
• Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to ensure smooth bookings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• Previous experience in travel consultancy or customer service is an advantage.
• Passion for travel and strong knowledge of cruise options is desirable.
