Ticketing & Reservations Officer at TGM Education

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and travel services.
• Issue, re-issue, and cancel airline tickets using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Handle reservations, refunds, and re-bookings in line with airline policies.
• Manage payments, invoicing, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations and visa requirements.
• Generate daily and weekly sales reports for management.
• Promote additional services such as travel insurance and holiday packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ proven experience in ticketing and travel sales.
• Proficiency with at least one GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of ticketing, fares, and reservations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven with strong negotiation ability.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
