JOB PURPOSE

Our client, an agricultural enterprise engaged in training young people between the ages of 18 and 29 in olericulture using soilless culture media needs the services of a training consultant to provide soft skill training in the following area;   

• Corporate Governance
• Writing a Business Plan
• Effective Business Communication

JOB DESCRIPTION

Scope of Work  

• Content Design – Develop a training agenda for each of the selected topic with a summary of major takeaways (expected lessons to be learned)
• Content Development - Develop the context-specific content for each selected topic and training methods to be used.
• Training slides – develop training slides and delivery materials for the training delivery. The slides should include text, graphics, and audio-visuals.
• Deliver training – The training will be delivered onsite in Abeokuta, Ogun state.
• Training evaluation – evaluate each session after delivery and provide feedback.
• Training report. Provide training report by the end of the training including recommendations for further training.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Experience in writing a business plan.
• Effective business communication.
• Knowledge in Corporate Governance
