    Trainee Clinical Embryologist

    Job Summary:

    • Hope Valley Fertility Clinic is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Clinical Embryologist to join our team.
    • This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or individual with a background in biology, reproductive medicine, or a related field to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of clinical embryology.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our experienced clinical embryologists in the daily laboratory tasks involved in creating and analyzing human embryos, as well as supporting our clinicians in providing excellent patient care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the senior clinical embryologists with day-to-day laboratory tasks, including gamete and embryo handling, culture, and cryopreservation.
    • Perform quality control and quality assurance procedures to ensure high-quality laboratory results.
    • Maintain accurate records of laboratory procedures, test results, and patient data by regulatory standards.
    • Support clinicians in providing excellent patient care by communicating laboratory results and collaborating on treatment plans.
    • Stay current with advances in the field of clinical embryology by attending conferences and professional development opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology, reproductive medicine, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of reproductive anatomy, physiology, and embryology.
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Previous experience in a laboratory setting or clinical embryology is desirable but not required.
