    Sales and Marketing Specialist

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing.
    • Prior experience in healthcare, telemedicine, HMOs, hospitals, health tech, or medical services is highly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare service marketing and patient acquisition strategies.
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and partnership targets.
    • Experience securing corporate clients, HMOs, insurance providers, and institutional partnerships.
    • Strong business development and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills (ability to pitch telehealth solutions to organizations).
    • Proficiency in digital marketing (social media campaigns, paid ads, email marketing, content marketing).
    • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and patient confidentiality standards is an advantage.
    • Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance metrics.
    • Strong networking and relationship management skills.
    • Results-driven with strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
