Mandatory Documents

• Attachment of the underlisted certificates (copies) is Mandatory:
  • B.Sc. Certificate in Radiography
  • Current registration and valid licence with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria.
  • Radiation safety officer certificate
  • NYSC or Exemption Certificate.
  • Birth Certificate.
  • Evidence of change of name (if applicable).
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV).
• Applications must include copies of the relevant certificates listed above.
• Applications without the mandatory attachments will NOT be considered.
