Job Summary

• Scale is Renda’s Value-Added Services (VAS) platform designed to streamline essential vehicle services—such as repairs, spare parts, fueling, insurance, and more—for drivers, fleet operators, and logistics partners. Our goal is to make access to mobility services fast, reliable, and affordable.
• We are looking for a proactive Telesales - Vendor Liaison to manage relationships with spare parts suppliers, source accurate quotes, negotiate favorable pricing, and support the fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage vendors via phone to request spare part specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Negotiate competitive prices and exclusive discounts for SCALE customers.
• Finalize vendor deals and ensure accurate handoff to sales and fulfillment teams.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of trusted vendors, including product catalogs and pricing.
• Source and onboard new vendors, especially in underserved regions.
• Track order statuses and follow up to ensure timely delivery.

• Number of successfully closed vendor transactions
• Average discount rate secured per transaction

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, sales, or vendor relationship management—preferably within the automotive or spare parts industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple requests and follow up effectively
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM tools, or procurement platforms.
