Responsibilities:

• Contact clients by phone to introduce the company’s products or services.
• Regularly follow up with existing clients to maintain strong business relationships.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve individual or team performance based on company sales targets.
• Advance the sales process and facilitate deal closures.
• Gather and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor information.
• Assist in optimizing sales strategies.

Requirements:

• University degree or above
• Sales experience is preferred
• Standard English, clear articulation, with good expression and listening skills.
• Good at communicating with different types of clients.
• Able to handle performance pressure and high-intensity phone communication.
• Proactive with strong self-motivation.
• Responsible, with strong execution skills.
• Good team spirit and strong customer service awareness.
• Proficient in using office software and telemarketing systems.
• Possess basic market analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Must stay in Ibadan
