Tele Sales Agent at VIP Express Tourism Limited

We are currently recruiting for the Tele Sales Agent position with VIP Express Tourism Limited for our Abuja office. The Tele Sales Agent will be responsible for communicating via telephone, introducing clients to VIP Express Tourism Limited and booking them to attend sales presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Sell the Company service by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients via telephone.
• Developing a good relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Being a team player by contributing to the team effort related to the result as needed
• Identifying the prospect's needs and being able to provide a solution to such needs.
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• SSCE/OND/HND/BSc in any relevant discipline.
• At least 1 year prior experience in telesales or equivalent customer service/sales roles is a plus.
• Must be well spoken, outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic, vibrant and financially motivated.
• Willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Proximity to the job location is important.
