The Architect is responsible for the conceptualization, design development, technical documentation, coordination, and implementation of architectural and workspace design projects. The role involves creating innovative, functional, aesthetically appealing, and sustainable spaces that meet client requirements while complying with applicable building regulations and industry standards.

• Develop architectural concepts and design solutions for commercial, corporate and workspace projects.
• Prepare design proposals, sketches, mood boards, and presentations.
• Translate client requirements into practical and creative design solutions.
• Produce innovative workplace strategies that enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being.
• Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings.
• Create presentation materials for client reviews and approvals.
• Produce virtual walkthroughs and design visualizations.
• Present design concepts professionally to clients and stakeholders.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and construction documents.

Requirement

• 7+ years relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading complex commercial and workspace projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

Technical Skills 

• Conceptual design development.
• Design detailing.
• Building systems integration.

The Architect should be proficient in:

• AutoCAD
• Autodesk Revit
