Technology Strategic Teacher at Access2Success Foundation - A2S Nigeria

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Head of After-School in technology curriculum review, lesson planning, and program development.
• Train and mentor teachers in technology to enhance instructional effectiveness.
• Assist in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the after-school program, ensuring smooth execution of activities.
• Handle administrative tasks related to program operations.
• Track and report on academy operations, student progress, and program impact in technology.
• Facilitate effective communication between students, parents, and mentors.
• Manage after-school facilities in line with operational guidelines and support ASA kids in maintaining them properly.
• Submit weekly reports to the Head of After-School.
• Organise meetings, training sessions, and workshops for teachers and students in relation to technology.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience -teaching ICT and working with some technological tools.
• Proven experience in developing and using instructional materials effectively in lesson delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead student-centred classrooms effectively.
