After-School Early Years Caregiver at a Structured Christian Family

A warm, structured Christian family in Abuja is seeking to engage an educated, energetic, well-spoken, and child-focused Early Years Caregiver to support the development of a 3-year-old child.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of OND qualification (PGD/BSc is an added advantage)
• Must be fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Energetic, proactive, intuitive, and highly organized
• Demonstrates good understanding of time management, routines, and task prioritization
• Ability to confidently engage a 3-year-old in:
  • Age-appropriate learning activities
  • Phonics and sound development
  • Structured and creative play
  • Speech and communication support
• Prior experience as a nanny, crèche staff, nursery/preschool assistant, or early years caregiver is required
• Must be a Christian (family preference)
• Must reside in or around Galadimawa, Abuja, with reliable means of commuting

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Live-out (preferred)
