Customer Service Officer at Giantfield Property Limited

Job Responsibilities

1.  Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and prospective customers.
2. Welcome and attend to visitors professionally and manage the reception area.
3.  Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
4. Provide accurate information about the company’s properties and services.
5.  Receive, document, and follow up on customer complaints and enquiries.
6. Follow up with prospective and existing clients and refer qualified leads to the Sales team.
7. Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
9. Prepare periodic customer service reports.
10. Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

1.  Minimum of OND/HND/bachelor’s degree in business administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
2.  1–3 years’ experience in customer service, front desk, administration, hospitality, or real estate.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Good customer relationship and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, email, and other communication tools.
6. Professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
